You open up your contract roles to WBW. These roles can be group specific, department specific, or company wide.
Backed by the full recruiting resources of a leading staffing firm, WBW gets to work sourcing, screening, and preparing WBW candidates to submit for the appropriate roles. Hiring Managers simply need to interview a targeted number of fully screened candidates and select the best fit.
Once a candidate is selected, they are hired on a contract basis and begin work.
WBW works with you to monitor the progress and performance of the Returner. Additional training and mentorship are typically offered to a Returner to ensure success.
If and when appropriate, you convert the Returner to a direct employee on the company’s payroll.
