Host "returnship" events
These half-day events are an amazing way to engage the WBW talent pool. We will bring 35-50 prescreened women returnees to your corporate campus where they will listen to speeches from WBW and your organizational leaders. The event also typically includes interactive panel discussions and one-on-one meetings with your hiring managers, recruiters, or other talent acquisition experts. The "Returnship" events are always a rewarding day for everyone involved.

Mentoring WBW members is an extremely rewarding experience for both parties and often leads to long-term, rewarding professional relationships.
